Fun.......Fun.......Fun!!!

 This is a Art Class I taught today for SWEET Brandy!!!

She has a room in her house where her and her family paint, read, play guitar and create FUN!!!

So.........she was on a mission to paint a whimsy guitar for her room.

Here it is~ I think she did a GREAT job, it was her second time in her life painting. 

 She also is an Accountant, Yoga Instructor, and Pole Dance Instructor!

She is so full of energy!!! We were dancing the whole time during the class!

I LOVE painting to music, and Brandy did too :)

 At first she was a little shy about painting, but then she just let it flow!!!

 She was so proud of her painting, and could not wait to get it home to hang in her house.

 I also made some brown paper bag cards, with sweet little tags inside.

 This is another Brown bag card I made. I am going to start teaching classes on how to make these

wonderful cards, and a special Mothers Day class:)

 My SWEET little Isabella broke her arm skating, and had to have surgery to put a pin in her wrist.

She was so strong, and so cute!!! Two more weeks, and then no more cast....we are EXCITED!!!

 I just LOVE this photo of her before her surgery with a little Lamb I bought her....SO SWEET!!!

 This was before she broke her arm, but look at my dog (Basil) he is sewing with Isasbella.......SO FUNNY, and CUTE!!!!

 I had so many saint charms that I LOVE, so I decided to make myself a Saint charm bracelet.

I also added some charms I made from crystals and beads.

I love wearing it, but it does catch on things here and there.

 These little tins I made to put my jewelery in. I made one for my mom and I put little notes to tell her why I love her ~ so she could use the tin for love notes later:).

 These are some earrings I made for one of my special friends. She loves pearls, and I bought a Vintage pearl necklace at an Estate Sale, and had to make her these earrings!

I have been having so much fun doing "Digital Art"!!!

I am LOVING Bright beautiful colors right now. 

 I did the "FOLLOW YOUR HEART" for my facebook cover on the new timeline, but I used the "DREAM" above instead for my cover........"So Nina" ~ I think I am making something for a certain reason, and then it goes in another direction. My Crazy, Fun, Beautiful, Amazing life!!!

 I had fun doing my family in the "Katy Perry" look. Little miss Isabella LOVES her look, and wishes she could dye her hair this color........I told her she can when she is Katy Perry's age until then be thankful for digital art and Halloween!!!

" It's all fun and games until someone loses an eye."

I lost my eye!!! ;)

 My Mom and Step dad loved their Katy Perry look......Seriously!!!

They are cool like that!! LOL

Some Goodies For My Beautiful Mom!!!

I started with a Turtle Shell

and one of my favorite photos of my mom and her sisters.

She is the one on the far left with the dark hair and great legs:), in the middle is her sister Karen and on the far right is her other sister Marilyn.

My doggies brought me this broken white turtle shell,

and I immediately thought :

"I am going to make something beautiful and fun

for my mom with this turtle shell".

My hubby thought I was crazy!!!

 

I also made her a bracelet from Vintage Jewelery.

I covered a tin with paper from a book and added a purple jewel 

(That used to be an old earring of hers from the 80's).

I also wrote little notes about how much I love and appreciate her

to fill the tin with under the bracelet. 

I LOVE this Vintage clasp!!!

I made her some Brown Sugar Scrub.

The spoon attached to hers was from her parents old silver.

My first time making Apple Butter, but it was very fun and EASY!!!

I have to admit I think I had more fun making the labels!!!

I canned some Hot Peppers that my hubby had brought home

from a friend of his at work (Thank you Pat).

Nothing is BETTER than FRESH veggies from the garden!!!

I also made her some Lavender Sauce.

On top of the can I added a flower and a bird

that Isabella and I made from an old book.

I also added a sachet of fresh Lavender,

my mom and I LOVE the smell!!!

I also made her some Herb Infused Vinegar.

Maybe some of these gifts inspire you to make

something special for that someone special in your life!!!

"Remember that something incredibility wonderful is always possible..."

I have been so attracted to bright colors lately. And as always flowers, butterflies, texture, vintage and jewels.

 Isabella and I had so much fun making lots of these flowers.

We used an old book, cut out differens size circles with scalloped edge scrunched them up then added pigment ink. We then tied the center together with a square mother of pearl button and bead.
